European Union leaders say they are prepared to offer more support money for Ukraine and will slap further sanctions on Russia if necessary.
The announcement of financial support comes following reports that despite an EU and International Monetary Fund package of over 16 billion euro for Ukraine - the country could still be facing bankruptcy.
