CIA, Republicans reject torture report

America's Central Intelligence Agency is rejecting the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee report on torture as incomplete and selective.

Even before it was released, former U.S Vice President Dick Cheney took the lead in defending the CIA's actions, saying the intelligence officers ought to be decorated, not criticized.
