California's historic drought result of nature, not climate change

A new U.S. federal report says nature is mainly to blame for California's historic drought, not global warming.

The study by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration found an increase in greenhouse gases may make droughts worse in future -- but is not the principal cause.
