Russia's ruble falls to a new all-time low

INTRO: Russia's currency, the ruble, fell to a new all-time low against the dollar and the euro on Thursday after the country's Central Bank said it would stop supporting the struggling currency. The Russian currency has already lost about a quarter of its value against the dollar this year. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
