ICC not to charge Israel over Gaza flotilla raid

The International Criminal Court has announced it will not take action
over Israel's raid on a flotilla heading to Gaza in 2010.

Nine Turkish activists were killed in the commando operation but the
ICC say the incident lacked 'sufficient gravity' to justify further
action.
