US says Russia will break agreements if it recognizes elections in eastern Ukraine

INTRO: US Secretary of State John Kerry has said Russia will break international agreements if it recognizes elections planned by separatists in eastern Ukraine on Sunday. Moscow has already said it will recognize the election results. At least 3700 people have been killed in the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
