Oil executive dies in Moscow plane crash

The chief executive of French oil company Total has died in an air crash in Moscow, after his private jet collided with a snow-clearing machine during take-off.

Christophe de Margerie's death has been called a "huge loss" for the energy industry.

Total is France's second largest listed company, valued at over 100 billion euros.
