France denies agreeing to deliver warships to Russia

France has denied claims that it will be delivering a controversial warship to Russia in November.

Earlier this week, Russia's Deputy Prime Minister said Russia had been invited to receive the warship on November 14th.

But France says the the conditions for the warship's delivery have still not been met.
