US officials: "No evidence" of IS plot on New York, Paris subways

US officials say they have seen "no evidence" to back up claims  by the Iraqi Prime Minister that Islamic State militants are plotting an imminent attack on the underground systems in New York and Paris.


He was speaking in New York where he's attending the UN General Assembly.
