The Obama Administration says it is very concerned about the growing threat of foreign fighters joining the cause of ISIS militants.
White House spokesperson Josh Earnest confirmed the death of American Douglas McAurhur McCain, who was killed over the weekend in Syria while fighting alongside militants.
Mr. Earnest said that thousands of foreign citizens from up to 50 countries have traveled to join the ISIS cause.
He says the White House is taking this threat seriously.
