India describes trade discussions with the US as "positive"

New Delhi says Tuesday's one-day trade discussions between Indian and US officials were "positive" and "forward-looking".

These were the first in-person talks between the two countries since President Donald Trump imposed tariffs of 50 per cent last month.

Trump extends TikTok deadline again ahead of talk with China’s Xi Jinping, China says US TikTok deal a 'win-win'

FBI Director Patel says alleged Charlie Kirk gunman said he was going to try and kill the MAGA icon

New details are emerging about the man suspected of killing right wing activist Charlie Kirk on a university campus last week.

The FBI director says the DNA of 22-year old Tyler Robinson has been found on  a towel wrapped around the alleged gun used in the assassination.

Israel does not rule out further strikes on Palestinian armed group Hamas outside Gaza

The Israeli Prime Minister has not ruled out further strikes on Palestinian armed group Hamas, saying they would not have immunity "wherever they are".

Speaking at a joint news conference with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Jerusalem, Benjamin Netanyahu said every country had the right "to defend itself beyond its borders".
