US-China agree TikTok deal to give US-ownership of app

The Trump administration has reached a "framework" deal with China to
switch ownership of TikTok to the US, to prevent a ban of the app
starting later this week.

The breakthrough came during the latest round of trade talks between
the two countries in Spain.

France summons Russian ambassador over Poland drone incursion

The UN Security Council is due to hold a session to discuss the suspected Russian drone incursions into Polish airspace on Wednesday.
