US-China trade talks set for day two focussed on trade, TikTok

France summons Russian ambassador over Poland drone incursion

The UN Security Council is due to hold a session to discuss the suspected Russian drone incursions into Polish airspace on Wednesday.

Poland requested the meeting, which comes after France has summoned the Russian ambassador for consultations.

Russia and Belarus have started large-scale military exercises inside Belarus, further raising the alarm across NATO's eastern flank.
