The man U.S. President Donald Trump has charged with ending Russia's war in Ukraine claims economic sanctions can go much further to pressure Moscow to the negotiating table, but that Kyiv will need to make concessions too.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan's party plans mass rallies over the weekend

Elon Musk blocked from accessing sensitive government data

January was the warmest on record with global temperatures nearly 0.1C
