The British government says it won't appeal a ruling by the UK Supreme Court that requires the impact of burning fossil fuels to be taken into account when issuing oil drilling licenses.

The two untapped fields at the centre of the legal challenge retain their license to drill. But the decision could make them vulnerable to future legal challenges.

Two more crew members from sunken Sicily yacht under investigation

Two more crew members from the Bayesian (BAY-ZEE-UN) - the luxury yacht that sank off the coast of Sicily - are now reportedly under investigation.

UK Home Office Criticised for Billions of Dollars of Overspending

Trump staffers in altercation with Arlington National Cemetery official

Members of the Trump presidential campaign team and an official at Arlington National Cemetery had an altercation during the former president's visit there on Monday.

It was prompted by the presence of a photographer in an area where American troops who were killed in recent wars are buried, according to Trump campaign officials.
