Three American citizens are being released from detention today as part of the biggest prisoner swap between the West and Russia since the Cold War.

A teenager has been charged with the murder of three girls at a dance class in Southport in the UK, and is appearing at Liverpool City Magistrates’ Court [later Thursday], following a wave of far-right protests linked to the attack.
Eight other children and two adults were also in the Taylor Swift-themed dance class where the 17 year old suspect launched a vicious attack on Monday.
