IATA Differs as Nigeria Claims to Have Cleared Backlog of Foreign Exchange to Airlines

Nigeria's central bank says it has cleared the entire backlog of verified claims owed to foreign airlines whose payments were trapped in the country due to dollar shortage.


The International Air Transport Association, IATA, however says another $700 million of owed money remains in Nigerian banks.

Uganda Halts Gold Exports

NINE HOSPITALISED AFTER 'CORROSIVE SUBSTANCE' ATTACK IN LONDON

A woman and her two young children have been taken to hospital after a suspected chemical attack in south London.

NYPD to record race of people they stop

New York police officers will have to record the apparent race, gender and ages of most people they stop for questioning under a new city law.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards say "not looking for war" as US mulls retaliation for lethal drone strike
