American rapper Lizzo sued for sexual harassment

American rapper, Lizzo is being sued for sexual harassment by three of
her dancers.
Among the accusations, body shaming, sexual exploits and exposing

Studios and striking writers set for talks

Rescue for Beijing typhoon flood victims

India’s Supreme Court to Hear Petitions on Jammu & Kashmir Losing Special Status

India's Supreme Court has started day-to-day hearing on petitions challenging the federal government's decision to repeal Jammu and Kashmir's special status and imposing direct rule.

This decision - taken in 2019 - was followed by mass detention of politicians and activists, a ban on internet services for months as well as sporadic protests in Indian administered Kashmir.

Tree of Life Synagogue shooter could face death penalty

A jury is deliberating whether to impose the death penalty on the man who killed 11 worshippers at a US synagogue. 


Last month Robert Bowers was found guilty of all charges against him for the 2018 shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh.


A unanimous vote is required to sentence Bowers to death, otherwise he faces life in prison without parole.

President Biden struggles to shrug off accusations of being involved in son's dealings

Pressure continues to mount on the Biden family after it was disclosed that the US President met with and spoke to his son Hunter's international business associates on a number of occasions over a decade.
