A second US submarine has arrived in South Korea, just days after the first US nuclear armed submarine in four decades was sent to a port in the country.
This comes amid tensions with North Korea, and as the US and South Korea are working on plans to coordinate responses in the event of a nuclear war with the country.

Officials are still investigating the cause of a blast which tore up streets in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Wednesday evening. One person died and 48 were hospitalized. Residents in the area were initially evacuated, but apartment buildings have since been declared safe.
