A second US submarine has arrived in South Korea, just days after the first US nuclear armed submarine in four decades was sent to a port in the country.

Officials are still investigating the cause of a blast which tore up streets in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Wednesday evening. One person died and 48 were hospitalized. Residents in the area were initially evacuated, but apartment buildings have since been declared safe.
