The chaos is continuing for a second day in the US Congress as
lawmakers try to elect a Speaker for the House of Representatives.
Republican Kevin McCarthy has lost two more rounds of voting - adding
to the three rounds he lost on Tuesday.
The last time the House failed to elect a Speaker in the first round
of voting was back in 1923.
No business - including the swearing in of new lawmakers can proceed -
until a Speaker is elected.
President Joe Biden - who was about to get on a helicopter - was not
impressed, saying it was "embarrassing".
