UN meeting accuses Russia of torturing Ukrainians in "filtration" camps
to detain, torture and sometimes make Ukrainian civilians, displaced
by conflict, disappear.
As many as 1.7 million people are thought to have been processed in
such camps - although Russia denies the accusations.

EU Commission proposes price cap on Russian gas
