Governor of Bank of England welcomes "clear way forward" on energy bills

The Governor of the Bank of England has welcomed a "clear way forward" as the UK's new Prime Minister prepares to make a major announcement on energy bills.

Liz Truss is expected to announce a price cap on Thursday, at a potential cost of more than 100 billion US dollars.
