Trump's Truth Social goes live

A new social media app launched by Donald Trump has gone live and is
available on Apple's App Store.

This comes after the former U.S. president was kicked off several
major social media platforms last year.

Relations strained 50 years on from Nixon’s China trip

Monday marks the 50th anniversary of U.S. President Richard Nixon's historic trip to China - a visit that opened the door to the establishment of trade and diplomatic relations and put Beijing on a path to global integration.

Welsh Government thinks ending Covid-19 restrictions in England now is 'reckless'

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to end all Covid-19 restrictions later on Monday.


The decision was due to be discussed earlier in the morning but was pushed back by several hours.


If the proposal is given the green light, it would mean no more laws on face masks or self-isolation.


But not everyone agrees it's the right time.

Closing arguments to begin in hate crimes trial of Ahmaud Arbery's killers

GERMANY'S SCHOLZ TO TELEPHONE PUTIN OVER UKRAINE INVASION FEARS

Ukrainian FM in talks with EU counterparts in Brussels

The European Union has welcomed news of a potential summit between Washington and Moscow to try and resolve the crisis on Russia's borders with Ukraine.


The comments from the EU's high representative Josep Borrell came ahead of talks between the bloc's foreign ministers and their Ukrainian counterpart on Monday.

National Archives Finds Classified Documents in Boxes Removed from Trump Home

Injuries and power cuts as Storm Eunice batters UK
