Violence breaks out in northeast India after civilians mistakenly killed by troops

Earlier in the year he had revealed he was being treated for Stage 4 lung cancer.

US Surgeon General defends "temporary" travel bans

US Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy has defended America's travel bans

US president Joe Biden has warned Russian president Vladimir Putin over military action in Ukraine amid growing concern about a buildup of Russian troops on the countries' border.
