Biden to meet former President Jimmy Carter for first time since taking office

US President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden are due to meet former president Jimmy Carter and his wife today (Thursday) in their home town in the state of Georgia.


It's the first time they've met since Mr Biden took office.

Tanzania government disputes US Agriculture agency reports of fall in wheat production

Jailed Kremlin critic Navalny in court as his team disbands political network amid a clampdown

Australia – Northern military training bases to receive multi million dollar upgrades

Hong Kong promises new law won't be used to stop people leaving

US sending supplies to India to combat its COVID-19 surge

Biden to say Jan 6th was worst attack on US democracy since civil war

US markets edge down as Fed keeps policy loose; AAPL + FB blast earnings expectations

Michael Collins, last surviving member of Apollo 11 lunar mission, dies aged 90

The astronaut Michael Collins has died….the last surviving member of the Apollo 11 mission.


When Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon in 1969, he stayed on board the orbiter.


And he's the man who piloted it around the dark side of the moon, losing all communication with earth for almost an hour.


He spoke about that experience at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in 2016.

Giuliani home raided by federal investigators in New York
