Ottawa: Two Canadians Haven't Been Tried


China has confirmed Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor, held in China for two years now, have not been put on trial as was reported by some news outlets.

Ottawa spoke to Beijing and said the confusion was a mischaracterisation of comments by China's spokesperson.

Hong Kong condemns UK government for hosting activist

US Federal Advisors Endorse Pfizer Vaccine

Federal advisers in the US have endorsed the Pfizer BioNtech vaccine.

FDA Panel recommends use of Pfizer vaccine against Covid-19 in USA

The EU's set out No Deal Brexit contingency plans for the end of the year.

It comes after London and Brussels said Sunday would be the new deadline for talks on a trade deal to reach agreement.
