The European Commission has published its contingency measures for a no-deal Brexit.
It comes in the wake of crunch talks between UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and EU Commission President Ursula von Der Leyen on Wednesday in Brussels, which failed to unlock the stalled negotiations.
