N. Korea to dump 12 mln propaganda leaflets in South: state media

North Korea says it's going to fly 12 million propaganda leaflets across the border into South Korea using three-thousand large balloons. Pyongyang claims it's retaliating over anti-North Korean groups in the South sending propaganda into the North.

Bolton says he won't vote for Trump or Biden in November

Trump Campaign blames low Tulsa turnout on protesters and media

Russia cuts rates to historic low

UK Central Bank and Church of England apologise for slavery links
