Tens of thousands of people across the United States are continuing their protests over the killing of unarmed African American, George Floyd, while in the hands of the Minneapolis police last week.

For an eighth consecutive night, thousands defied city curfews to march- mainly peacefully, amid growing calls for reforms to U.S. policing.

Meanwhile, a host of celebrities have come under fire for their #blackoutTuesday campaign on social media- deemed pointless by critics.

IBUPROFEN TREATMENT BEING TRIALLED IN LONDON HOSPITAL

The latest data shows the Australian economy contracted by point-3 of a per cent in the March quarter, and a worse result is expected next quarter.

Mumbai braces for Cyclone Nisarga

Mumbai is braced for Cyclone Nisarga, which is expected to make landfall on Wednesday and would be the first cyclone to hit India's financial capital in more than a century.

UK Foreign Sec Raab: UK has a “duty” to people of Hong Kong
