Zanzibar restricts entry to foreigners, returnees.


Tanzania's semi-autonomous island of Zanzibar has restricted foreign nationals and citizens returning home from entering the isles as it records a third case of coronavirus.

Trump demands states are "appreciative" if they want federal coronavirus aid

President Trump says it America's 50 states want his help fighting coronavirus, then their Governors need to show that they are "appreciative" of his efforts.


The President was speaking shortly after the United States recorded more than 100 thousand cases of coronavirus….….cementing its position as the new global epicenter for Covid-19.

TANZANIA’S PRESIDENT SAYS ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD DESPITE COVID-19

Italy records highest toll on record for the second time

Italy has reported 919 deaths from the coronavirus in a single day - the highest death toll on record anywhere in the world. 

It has now surpassed China with the number of confirmed cases, at nearly 86,500.

Navy Ship arrives in Los Angeles to help coronavirus strain

EU Commission President criticises 'only-for-me' attitude of some member states in COVID-19 response
