Interpol issues red corner notice against fugitive Nirav Modi's brother

Interpol says they have issued a red corner notice against the brother of fugitive billionaire Nirav Modi, who is wanted in India for bank fraud.
India's Enforcement Directorate says it has requested law enforcement agencies worldwide to help locate and detain Nehal Deepak Modi in cases related to his brother.

Kenya and Uganda Sign Cross Border Pact on Peace and Security

At least 13 people killed as boats capsize in India

Dive Boat: Report Finds No Night Watchman

A preliminary report by the US National Transportation Safety Board shows the Conception dive boat did not have a crew member on roving overnight watch on Monday. 

The boat caught fire in the early hours of the morning and sank, killing 34 people on board.

Supreme Court agrees to Trump asylum restrictions

Interpol identifies victims of Ethiopia plane crash

India-China hold talks to de-escalate border stand-off

Indian and Chinese troops were involved in a stand-off earlier this week over patrolling along a shared border. Defence ministry officials in New Delhi say delegation level talks were held to de-escalate the situation.
