Syrian rebels warn of Russian-backed offensive

Rebels in Idlib say Russian-backed forces are preparing to resume an offensive in northwest Syria. The warning comes ahead of a summit on Syria between Russia, Turkey and Iran. Julia Chapman reports from Moscow.
