Swarm of Aftershocks Felt in Southern California

Hundreds of aftershocks have followed the magnitude six-point-four earthquake which stuck Southern California on Thursday.

It was the largest earthquake to hit Southern California in decades.

Sudan Crisis Officials in Uganda

Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has met with members of the Sudan Transitional Military Council.

 

The delegation led by Gen Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan is seeking Uganda's support to restore normalcy in the North African Country.

 

The meeting with President Museveni comes hours after Sudan's ruling military council and a coalition of opposition and protest groups reached a deal that restores hope for a peaceful transition of power.

SUDAN PARTIES AGREE DEAL

The African Union says Sudan's Transitional Military Council and an opposition alliance have agreed to form an interim government.

It's due to run for three years and three months and comes after a series of protests and clashes.

DRC Mines Evictions

India unveils budget aimed at boosting growth

China Insists US Scrap All Tariffs For Any Trade Deal


Signs trade negotiations between China and the US may still struggle to get back on track -

Chinese media reported the country won't by US agricultural products if the US flip flops on trade talks.

Jaguar Land Rover's announced plans to build new electric cars at a UK plant, safeguarding thousands of jobs.
