Signs trade negotiations between China and the US may still struggle to get back on track -
Chinese media reported the country won't by US agricultural products if the US flip flops on trade talks.
It comes after White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said the US wouldn't remove existing tariffs on Chinese goods during the negotiations.
