Australia's military chief has warned European officials of the ever-present threat posed by cyber espionage and intellectual property theft.
Chief of the Defence Force Angus Campbell said the "ineffectively-governed" internet had fuelled an "extraordinary up-tick" in international espionage, economic theft and corporate crime.

President Moon plans to put 80-thousand hydrogen cars on South Korean roads by 2022.
According to Yonhap News, Moon made the pledge alongside the chairman of Hyundai Motors and other business leaders.
The president said hydrogen's only by-product is water, unlike carbon emitting vehicles.
Moon ultimately hopes to have 1.8 million hydrogen vehicles on roads by 2030.
This week, the amount of fine dust particles in Seoul was five times higher than deemed safe by the World Health Organization.
Seoul blames China for more than half the air pollution but admits local power plants and diesel cars are also a serious problem.

The motion of no confidence was called for after Prime Minister Theresa May lost a crucial vote on her Brexit deal, by a significant margin.
The Prime Minister says she will hold cross party talks to decipher what kind of Brexit deal MPs would accept, before announcing a Plan B on Monday.
Speaking on the steps of 10 Downing Street after winning the vote of no confidence, she called on MPs to work together to find a solution.

The European Union says the chances of a disorderly Brexit are greater, now that the UK House of Commons has voted down the divorce deal.
EU leaders it is now up to the UK to come up with a firm consensus on the type of Brexit it wants.
