Record turnout seems likely in US mid-term elections
Voter turnout in the United States is reported to be at record levels in the country's mid-term elections.
They will decide whether the Republicans continue to enjoy majorities on Capitol Hill, or whether the Democrats dominate the House of Representatives and possibly also the Senate.
