AMERICANS HEADING TO POLLS IN MID-TERMS

Americans are going to the polls in mid-term elections seen as a referendum on Donald Trump's Presidency.

At stake is control of the House of Representatives and the Senate, where the Republicans currently enjoy majorities.

President Trump has used the final days of campaigning to increase his rhetoric on divisive issues such as immigration.
