Migrant caravan swells as it continues through Mexico

The United Nations estimates at least 7,000 migrants are heading
through Mexico towards the US border.

The so-called migrant caravan has become a hot political topic ahead
of next month's US midterm elections.

UN estimates more than 7,200 migrants in caravan, deploys to Mexico to assist

As thousands of Central Americans advance on a massive trek towards the southern border of the United States, drawing ire from US president Donald Trump, the United Nations has deployed its personnel to the ground.
