U.S. President Donald Trump is now saying "we'll see" following his speech saying he can no longer certify Iran is in compliance under American oversight law.

European leaders have come out and said they are concerned the Trump administration has not fully thought through the implications.

Some American lawmakers call his decision reckless, while others say a comprehensive strategy toward Iran is necessary.

U.S. President Donald Trump said the next step is for the U.S. Congress to review his demands.

U.S. President Donald Trump has begun a process to walk away from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran's nuclear deal, by refusing to certify Tehran's compliance under American law.

He wants to impose additional qualifications to continue being part of the JCPOA, but those amendments to the US Congress' oversight law need approval.

India can't deport Rohingyas for now

The Indian Supreme Court has told the Indian government it can't deport Rohingya refugees till the hearing in the matter is over.

India has 40,000 Rohingya refugees and the government says it wants to deport them on grounds of threat to national security. Two Rohingya refugees have challenged the government's decision in the country's top court.

UBER FILES APPEAL OVER LONDON LICENCE

Ride-hailing service Uber has filed an appeal against the decision not to award it a licence in London.

EU To Begin Preparing for Trade Talks with UK

Despite Brexit negotiations stuck at a standstill, the European Union is beginning to plan for trade negotiations with the UK. 

According to draft documents, EU countries should discuss what time of future trading relationship they want with the UK once it is out of the bloc.

A leaked draft document suggests the EU will start preparing for trade negotiations with the UK - despite an impasse in Brexit talks.

On Thursday the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier spoke of a 'disturbing deadlock' and insisted it was not possible to move onto trade discussions after a key summit next week.

But a draft paper from the European Council suggests post-Brexit trade negotiations could open in December, if the UK improves its offer to Brussels on the so-called 'divorce bill'.

Blaming the U.S. Congress for failing to repeal and replace Obamcare - the legislation originally named the Affordable Care Act - the American president insists he has to take matters into his own hands.

American-Canadian family rescued from Taliban in Pakistan

A US-Canadian couple and their three children have been rescued from the Taliban in Pakistan after being held prisoner for almost five years.

Emergency services unable to control deadly California fires

The death toll from the devastating wildfires in northern California has risen to 23, with emergency authorities unable to get control of the blazes across the region.

With the fires now in their fourth day, tens of thousands of people have been evacuated, with some suburbs and towns being completely destroyed by the fast-moving flames.

Pres. Trump praises Pakistan for hostage rescue

U.S. President Donald Trump is praising Pakistan for their efforts in freeing the Coleman-Boyle family after five years held captive by the Taliban.

Caitlin Coleman was pregnant with her first child when she and her husband Joshua Boyle were kidnapped during a backpacking trip in 2012.

Since then she's had a total of three children, and the Haqqani Network has released multiple videos of the family.
