Pres. Trump refuses to certify Iran compliance under US legislation

U.S. President Donald Trump has begun a process to walk away from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran's nuclear deal, by refusing to certify Tehran's compliance under American law.

He wants to impose additional qualifications to continue being part of the JCPOA, but those amendments to the US Congress' oversight law need approval.
