Duke and Duchess of Cambridge awarded damages over topless photos

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been awarded 120 thousand dollars in compensation by French magazine Closer, over topless pictures it printed of Kate Middleton five years go.


The court in Paris found that the photos were an invasion of privacy and awarded the Royal Couple 50 thousand euros each in damages.

Trump administration to end DACA immigration programme


US Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced on Tuesday that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals legislation...known as DACA...will be scrapped.

The programme introduced by former US President Barack Obama shields so-called "dreamers" or young undocumented immigrants from deportation from the United States:

South Korea: North Moving ICBM

South Korea's intelligence officials have reportedly spotted an intercontinental ballistic missile being moved on the ground in North Korea. 

The report comes as the US and South Korea have agreed to closer coordination on deterrence measures against the North, through their foreign and defense ministries.

Increased US military sales to Japan, South Korea - Pres. Trump

UN Food Agencies Advocate for More Help for Ethiopia

Directors of three United Nations food agencies have visited Ethiopia to analyse the drought situation in the country. 


They've vowed to advocate for more international assistance to the 8.5 million people currently in need of urgent food assistance.

REPORT: AZERBAIJAN SLUSH FUND USED TO INFLUENCE POLITICIANS

Top European court rules employers can't read staff email

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that man whose employer read the personal emails he sent using a work account did have his right to a private life breached.

UK PR FIRM SANCTIONED OVER SOUTH AFRICA CONTRACT

A British PR firm has been thrown out of the PRCA industry body over a campaign run in South Africa which critics say fuelled racial tension.

US says North Korea "begging for war"

The United States ambassador to the United Nations says North Korea's
