US says North Korea "begging for war"

The United States ambassador to the United Nations says North Korea's
continued nuclear and missile testing suggests it is "begging for
war".

Nikki Haley told the UN Security Council the US was not looking for
war but it was ready to defend it allies.

America is proposing more UN sanctions against Pyongyang following its
sixth nuclear test.

Nikki Haley said the 15-member Security Council must act together.
