Cloud now darker - Sen. Schumer

The leader of the Senate Democrats says the cloud over the Trump Administration is now darker than before the tesimony of former FBI Director James Comey to the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Marc Kasowitz, President Trump's private attorney, says his client has been vindicated and that it's time to move on with this public cloud removed.

On the floor of the U.S. Senate, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says the White House could resolve the problems.

Comey "sure" Pres. Trump under investgation

James Comey is sure that the special counsel's office is considering the question of obstruction of justice.

U.S. President Donald Trump's personal attorney Marc Kasowitz insists the testimony proves his client was not obstructing any investigation, and it's James Comey who is a problem because he leaked priviledged information.

In an exchange with Senator Richard Burr, Former FBI Director James Comey expressed his confidence that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is reviewing the possibility of obstruction of justice charges.

North Korea Reportedly Fires Land to Ship Missiles

North Korea has fired what appears to be several land to ship missiles, according to the South Korean military. The launches came less than a week after the UN Security Council passed new sanctions on North Korea.

The United Nations says the so-called Islamic State has killed 231
civilians who were trying to flee the Iraqi city of Mosul.

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan appeared to be making excuses for U.S. President Donald Trump, saying he's just new to government.

Former FBI Director James Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee, he was worried President Trump might lie about their interactions, while the president's private attorney insists his client Donald Trump has been fully vindicated.

Trump and Comey mutually accuse one another of lying

President Trump's lawyer is vigorously denying allegations  that the President demanded loyalty from his former FBI Director James Comey, and tried to get him to drop an investigation into ties between one top Trump aide and the Russians.

Pres. Trump refrains from commenting on James Comey

U.S. President Donald Trump has so far refrained from commenting on the testimony of former FBI Director James Comey to the U.S. Senate's Intelligence Committee.

Former FBI director James Comey had a friend pass information to the media in order to pressure the Trump Administration into appointing a special counsel to lead the Russia investigation.

Speaking before the Senate Intelligence committee Thursday, Mr Comey said he took the action after President Trump threatened to release taped recordings of their conversations.

Mr Comey said he wasn't bothered by the idea of recordings being released, but he was worried President Trump was trying to influence the course of the investigation.
