The newly elected President of France, Emmanuel Macron, has promised to unite the country after winning 66% of the vote and defeating far right candidate Marine Le Pen.
But despite the convincing victory, focus is now shifting to the next of France's elections in June, in which the country will decide on its National Assembly.
This is already being seen as Macron's first major test as President and an opportunity for his opponent Marine Le Pen, as our Correspondent in Paris Olly Barratt explains
