UK Brexit Sec Pushes Great Repeal Bill

UK Brexit Secretary David Davis has taken to Parliament what's known as the Great Repeal Bill.

If Westminster lawmakers back it, it will convert thousands of EU laws into domestic UK legislation.

Converting the laws will be one of, if not the biggest legislative undertaking in UK history.

Secretary Davis says the great repeal will bring both continuity as well as sovereignty, since the UK will then be able to change the laws to fit national interest.
