Russia-NATO Council to meet amid

NATO-Russia Council members are meeting to discuss mutual concerns over escalating tensions in eastern Europe. It is their fourth round of talks since they were halted in 2014 following Russia's annexation of Crimea from Ukraine. It comes as NATO's eastern European members are on high alert for potential Russian military aggression. Our correspondent Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
