Trump promised renewed US growth in economic speech

In a major economic policy speech, Donald Trump has vowed if he is elected President the US will achieve at least a 3.5% annual economic growth rate.

The last time America had that level of growth was in 2004.

He also laid out what he called a "bold" new tax reform, which would lower rates and reduce the number of tax brackets from seven to three.

Speaking at the Economic Club of New York Donald Trump said, under him, economic growth would be strong.
