Ukraine, European security in focus of Russia-NATO Council
NATO and Russia are set to discuss European security, Ukraine and Afghanistan in Brussels – a third meeting since the two froze cooperation following Crimea's annexation by Russia in 2014. Russia is concerned over NATO's advance towards its borders while the Alliance plans to urge Moscow abide by the Minks peace a ccords aimed at ending violence in eastern Ukraine. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.

Death Toll in Italian Train Collision Continues to Rise
Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has ordered an investigation into Tuesday's train collision that has left at least 25 people dead.
