French court to rule on surveillance of Paris attack suspect Salah Abdeslam

A French court is set to rule on whether the sole surviving Paris attacks suspect Salah Abdeslam is under illegal surveillance.  
Several cameras in his cell watch him 24 hours a day - which his lawyer says goes against his right to privacy.
