White House says "strong indications" Iran violated UN resolution

The White House has chastised Iran for violating U.N. resolutions on ballistic missile testing but said those transgressions have no bearing on the administration's nuclear deal with Tehran.
Iran conducted the tests at the weekend, a move that the White House said very likely violates U.N. Security Council resolutions.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said it was no coincidence that this happened on the same day that the Iranian parliament signed off on the nuclear deal.
He added that unfortunately the violations were not new:

However the investigation stopped short of placing the blame for the catastrophe. The families of the MH17 crash victims would have to wait for the criminal investigation report to be released next year to find out who's responsible for the catastrophe.
